Under medical and other expenses insurance an insured event is a fact of receiving medical or another assistance (service) by Insured, provided in the Insurance Contract while staying abroad. Reasons for providing assistance: sudden illness or an accident which occured as consequence of events provided in the Insurance Contract.
Under accident insurance an insured event is a fact of Insured death or primary disability establishment resulting from an accident.
Under baggage insurance an insured event is a fact of causing damage to Insured due to the loss, shortage, damage or deterioration of insured baggage or part of it via occurrence of any events during baggage transportation by professional carrier. Event may be regarded as insured if baggage transportation was performed during the terms of trip indicated in your Insurance Conrtact.
Under third-party liablity insurance an insured event is a fact of Insured obligation to pay the health or property damages to another (third) party due to the Insured fault.
Under financial risk insurance an insured event is impossibility of Insured to perform planned journey due to:
- Insured or closest relative illness;
- Insured or closest relative death;
- Insured visa denial issuance;
- Insured summons to court;
- missing the flight;
- missing connecting flight;
- property destruction in case of fire or the natural phenomenon.
