How can I claim compensation?

In order to get your compensation, please contact the insurance company at the address specified in the policy. The complete list of required documents is available in the Terms and Conditions of the Insurance Contract.

Please note! The insurance company needs to be provided with documents confirming the insured event, the reasons and the circumstances of its occurrence, and the amount of expenses within 15 days of the end of the trip.

If the insurance company has doubts regarding the completeness and credibility of the documents, circumstances, or reasons related to the occurrence of the insured event, it has the right to delay the decision for 30 days for clarification. You will be notified of this decision by post.

In you are denied compensation, the insurance company will send a letter at your address, informing you of the denial and its reasons within 5 workdays of the moment the company reaches the decision.
